Scantic River State Park is a Connecticut state park in the towns of Enfield, East Windsor and Somers. It consists of several separated parcels.[1]
Three parcels are accessible to the public. One parcel is a 167-acre (0.68 km2) area located in the Hazardville section of Enfield, specifically the Powder Hollow area, and is open for archery deer/turkey hunting. A second parcel is located around the Enfield/Somers line has an area of 180 acres (0.73 km2) and is located between Scitico Road and Route 190. This area also allows for small game/waterfowl hunting. The third parcel, also known as the Harrington Lot, is 239 acres (0.97 km2) and is located primarily in East Windsor and is located between Melrose Road and Route 140.
